About Us

Global Cooperation   and Analytical  Research  Center  is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organization  dedicated to addressing   global, regional, and local issues including: science and technology; education , culture and heritage by formulating proposals through the execution of studies, conferences, projects and research. The  Global Cooperation  and Analytical  Research  Center   conducts research, enhances public understanding, designs public policies, devises strategies, and offers capacity building in areas crucial to social, education and cultural sustainable development.

Global Cooperation and Analytical Research Center Public Union, was founded in 2016 in a workmen's meeting held in Baku, Azerbaijan. It was registered at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on September 28, 2018. Registration number-№ 1118-Q64-3618.
